This page explains what we collect when you order from Flightslip, why, and who sees it. Contact: help@flightslip.com.

What we collect

• Passenger details: title, first and last names, date of birth and sex as on the passport.
• Your email address.
• Trip details: route, date, time of day, preferred airline and any note you add.
• Payment details are entered on Whop's checkout, not on our site. We see the amount and status of your payment, not your card number.

Why

Only to make and deliver your reservation, send you emails about your order, handle refunds and questions, and meet legal or accounting duties. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

• Our travel agency partner, who makes the reservation, and the airline that holds it.
• Whop, which processes the payment.
• Our hosting (Netlify) and email (Hostinger) providers, which run the website and send our emails.

How long we keep it

We don't keep a customer database. Order details live in our order emails and in our payment records, which we keep as long as needed for support, refunds and accounting. Your reservation page link works for as long as you keep it.

Your choices

Email us to get a copy of the details we hold about you, correct them, or ask us to delete them where we're not required to keep them.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
